Architecture
Our experience is broad yet specialized and spans from renovation projects to new construction, with an emphasis on conceptual and innovative designs. We have experience with projects at a local, as well as, a national level. Our NCARB (National Council of Architectural Registration Board) certification and network of associates allows us the flexibility of working locally and nationally.
Design Build
Our Design/ Build services have been in existence for over twenty five years and because our clients have the advantage of formal architectural and construction experience incorporated into one service, no detail is lost in the translation, making each transition of the process seamless.
General Construction
Licensed General Contractors for over 25 years, our experience ranges from restoration and renovation to new construction. This level of experience includes: commercial, institutional and residential projects with a multitude of projects constructed at a local and national level.
Project Management
Our team is committed to providing a well coordinated schedule with attention to every aspect of particular detail. We have been instrumental in providing representation for owners while managing their construction projects. It is our duty to provide a measure of comfort to our clients, so that what they envision becomes a reality.
Expert Consultant
There are various methods available to clients, in order to assist them in their queries concerning the construction process. We offer comprehensive review of construction documents and construction methods, as well as, research and documentation of existing or previous issues, this may include peer review. We also offer feasibility studies to aid our clients in determining their best approach.
